He's a Chartered Civil Engineer (India), MBA (Construction Business), and Project Management Professional (PMP) with roots in prestigious institutions like DBN School Jammu, PEC Chandigarh, and IIUM Malaysia.
He was a vital part of the VINCI group for over two decades. In 2001, he ventured into entrepreneurship, founding Mezbahn Malaysia, a hub of top-tier research and project management consultancy services.
Beyond the professional sphere, Susheel is the architect of concepts like the "Universal Face Theory" and "TINANJALI," with a vision to nurture future professionals through the "Self-Realised Professional, SRP" program.
