David William Gill is a former speleologist and development and training officer at Gunung Mulu National Park, where he worked for 10 years. With over 30 expeditions in many nations, he was instrumental in establishing a new National Park at Gunung Buda and obtaining the UNESCO World Heritage Area status for Gunung Mulu National Park.
